Seedance2Hub provides an AI-powered video generation platform that leverages Seedance 2, an AI model developed by ByteDance. Our Service allows users to generate videos from text prompts and images. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Create deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media of real individuals
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit. By submitting content, you grant Seedance2Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your input solely for the purpose of providing the video generation service.

Generated Videos

Videos generated through Seedance2Hub are subject to the terms of Seedance 2 by ByteDance. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. Seedance2Hub makes no warranty regarding ownership or commercial use rights of generated content.

Our Intellectual Property

The Seedance2Hub platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Seedance2Hub. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Seedance2Hub relies on Seedance 2 by ByteDance to power video generation. Your use is also subject to ByteDance's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDANCE2HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
